RRT’s Legal Helpdesk has a New Telephone Number

Refugee Rights Turkey’s Legal Helpdesk has a New Telephone Number: +90 850 218 48 30

As of Monday, April 25th 2022, you can reach Refugee Rights Turkey’s Legal Helpdesk at the new telephone number: +90 850 218 48 30.

Starting on April 25th 2022, the telephone numbers +90 549 510 52 02 and +90 549 510 52 03 introduced during RRT’s transition to providing services remotely due to the COVID19 pandemic will only be used for sending documents and files.

Beneficiaries who would like to receive legal assistance from our Legal Helpdesk can do so by dialing +90 850 218 48 30 Monday – Friday between 09:30 and 17:30. The Legal Helpdesk offers services in Turkish, English, Arabic, Farsi/Dari and French.

  • Syrian beneficiaries may send any documents and files to the following number: +90 549 510 52 02
  • Non-Syrian beneficiaries may send any documents and files to the following number: +90 549 510 52 03
